Sea Cucumber (hoi sum in cantonese)

SUPER Large sea cucumber, interested? Call me. I soaked it myself the traditional way where you have to slow cooked it for at least 1 hour for consumption. Is not like the market sea cucumber (soaked with chemical to extend it 7-10times) that why when you cooked it immediatly turned into water and your money melted away he! he! Cannot wait for Chinese New Year eve reunion dinner......yummy..yummy.
