FAVOURITE CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKE

Today I have bake a very beautiful and moist chocolate cake. Recommendation: use the best chocolate/cocoa powder in the recipe (I bought mine from Pastry Pro)

My family is having this cute little cakes for tea this afternoon mmmm ........fantastic!!!

I fill the cakes with cream cheese, rose jam (from Cameron rose garden), blueberry, buttercream, durian and fresh cream. Mm! I think I make scones for tomorrow afternoon tea..

the beginning

the cakes are made by me from the beginning to the end (I prepared my own sponge cake and decorate them) and my maid Mariana will do the cleaning, smashing the banana and etc.....very helpful!!!!. If you have any ideas, suggestions or recipes to share, please feel free to drop a line.
